Do you offer a trial?
We offer 100 free credits as a chance to try the system and the features. This gives you enough time and experience to decide if the service is right before you purchase credits.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, Never. With pay-as-you-go pricing you only pay for the emails sent. No monthly bill, no contracts, no hassle.
Which payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For larger purchases, we also accept checks or ACH debits.
What is your refund policy?
Since we offer a free trial, we do not offer refunds on credit purchases. If, however, you feel that you did not receive all that you expected from Newsberry, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
